Initial Consultation
The Hyer Homes team offers a free initial consultation to discuss your project in terms of specific needs, ideas, project scope, budget and timeline. In addition, we will explain our design and building process and answer any questions or concerns that you have.
02.
Architecture & Design
We coordinate with our team of highly skilled and talented architects to design a home that will exceed your expectations. In your design consultation with us, we consider a number of factors – your family lifestyle, neighbourhood, and of course, your budget. Our team also specializes in designing functional floor plans that embrace Feng Shui principles.
03.
Estimate & Contract
Once you are 100 per cent satisfied with the look and design of your new home, we will provide a detailed construction budget, tailoring the specifications to reflect the scope of your project. Your budget with be updated and reviewed throughout the project and used as a controlled financial plan. The budget sheet and other contractual documents are also available in Mandarin.
04.
City Plan & Approval
With your design and budget in place, our team takes care of obtaining all of the necessary paperwork to submit your plans to your local authority for planning approval
05.
Selections
Now we turn our attention to the interior design of your new home. Our design team works closely with you, taking time to present and help you select all of the finishes for your new home. Working with our designers will also keep your project on a schedule, as we will ensure fixtures are ordered with your timeline in mind.
06.
Building & Home Warranty
Construction is often the most exciting aspect of homebuilding. You will have direct access to us throughout the process and we will keep you up to date with our progress at each stage of construction. As members of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association and the Homeowner Protection Office, all of our new homes come with a 2-5-10 Year Home Warranty Insurance under the Homeowner Protection Office.
